Conditions for use

1. The courses

The conditions of use are related to the courses in the contract ('Convention') that you will receive prior to the course. You will have to sign this. Upon request, you can receive a free copy of this.

2. The translations

For all translations, you will always receive a quotation based on the number of words of the source text. All words are counted here, including numbers or parts of the text (for example addresses) that do not need to be translated.
You need to select what text should be translated, without everything becoming unintelligible. The quotation will use the counted number of words of the original texts, with an added 10% for the final translation. The final invoice will be based on the total number of translated words in the translated text.
For example: you provide us with an English text of 1530 words, with little to none medical vocabulary. The quotation is for 1530+153 words = 1683 * 0.14 cents = €236 (maximum amount). The translated text in French has 1580 words, you will receive an invoice for 1580 * 0.14 cents = €221.
The rates for different types of translations can be found in the menu, under 'translations'.

3. The translation database
